Established in 1393, Roykard Architecture Studio is actively engaged in the field of design, architecture, construction, and graphics, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the quality of living, working, and recreational spaces. Despite being based in Isfahan, Roykard proudly offers its services in other cities across Iran, including Gorgan, Gilan, Tehran, Mehrshahr, suburban areas of Isfahan, as well as other countries such as England and the United States.

Graduated in architecture and interior design, Anisa Motahhar has been actively involved in the field of interior design and small-scale project design since 2014, collaborating with various architectural groups and firms. In 2017, she co-founded Roykard Architecture Studio with Rasoul Nemati. . Along with her collaborators, in 2018 she participated in an African school project – education for the future in Malawi, and got selected as honorable mention in Archstorming International Competition.
She also participated in a workshop called “Will design save Tehran?”, organized by Future City Innovation Lab. In her proposal, she tried to address solutions to overcome the unequal social evaluation mechanism amongst citizens of Tehran, based on their jobs; proposing a platform called JEEM (Job Experience Exchange Media).
As a participant researcher and designer in Urban Mobility Studio at TUIC, Anisa has been working on 5657Meters project And also is drafting an issue of TUIC101 series on cases of reprogrammable public spaces in the city.
Anisa participated in the ARCHIGRAPH interdisciplinary workshop and did special exercises in the field of combined ideas between architecture, cinema, literature and graphics. Furthermore, she takes on the responsibility of managing and overseeing the graphic department within the studio, which encompasses tasks such as portfolio design, graphic design, and visualization aimed at catering to the architectural and artistic community.

Rasoul Nemati, a graduate in architecture and interior design, initiated his professional career in 2014, delving into architectural design and interior design. In 2017, alongside Anisa Motahhar, he co-founded Roykard Architecture Studio. Throughout his tenure, he has been actively engaged in the realms of design, supervision, execution, and renovation of residential, commercial, office, recreational, and other projects. He has also pursued professional courses, notably specialized programs in facade design (offered by the Iranian Architecture Center), reconstruction (offered by the Iranian Architecture Center), and incubator training (provided by MAN Architects), with the aim of enhancing his knowledge and honing his architectural skills.
In addition to his broad experience in executing diverse architectural projects within the Isfahan region, Rasoul has also undertaken the oversight and execution of projects in other cities, such as Gilan, where the focus lies on achieving harmony with the local environment and distinct climatic conditions prevalent in the northern regions of Iran. Collaborating with esteemed architectural firms such as Rastak Architecture Office and Arta Holding, he has consistently pushed the boundaries of his design, supervision, and execution capabilities across projects of varying scales. Rasoul harbors an ardent desire to deploy his experiences and competencies in architectural design, supervision, and project execution to serve esteemed clients in the domain of architectural design and reconstruction.
