In the Amiriyah project, our primary focus was to create optimized and functional spaces within the constraints of a small plot, catering to the needs of a two-person household. The design emphasizes efficiency and spatial continuity, ensuring that every square meter serves a purpose while maintaining a sense of openness and flow.
The kitchen and living area are aligned along a longitudinal axis, designed to visually and spatially extend into one another. This intentional alignment eliminates breaks in materials, textures, and colors, resulting in a cohesive and unified aesthetic. The seamless integration of these spaces enhances the perception of size, making the interior feel larger and more open than its actual dimensions.

In the courtyard, we introduced carefully zoned areas to maximize its usability and provide a tranquil outdoor retreat. These zones include water features for a calming effect, lush greenery for a connection to nature, seating areas for relaxation, and a designated play space for children. The courtyard design balances functionality with visual appeal, creating a harmonious extension of the indoor living space.

Overall, the Amiriyah project demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a compact site into a dynamic and inviting home, blending practicality with elegance to enrich the living experience of its inhabitants.
