The project was commissioned to the Roykard architecture studio
under specific circumstances, where the client intended to construct
a secluded villa for spending leisure time during weekends, after
purchasing an old house in the village of Abadchi Chadegan.
The client›s enthusiasm stemmed from the desire to experience the
serene and tranquil environment of a countryside garden house,
far from the urban hustle and bustle and everyday commotion, in
an area blessed with favorable weather conditions. Consequently,
these concerns and aspirations gave rise to the conception of a
project named «Secluded Villa.» The project›s design approach
revolved around minimizing costs and optimizing the utilization
of natural resources. By incorporating elements of the local
rural architecture and creating spaces that epitomize simplicity
and intimacy, the client›s yearning to be immersed in the natural
ambiance of Abadchi village was actualized.
